about imgoing2

imgoing2 is a social concert discovery app that lets you track upcoming shows, follow artists, and see what events your friends are going to. By using imgoing2, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

accounts

You sign in with your phone number. You are responsible for keeping access to your phone secure. You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate another person. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or are used for spam, harassment, or illegal activity.

acceptable use

Do not use imgoing2 to harass, threaten, or abuse other users
Do not submit false or misleading event information
Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or data
Do not use automated tools to scrape or overload the service

community guidelines

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. By posting comments or photos you agree to these guidelines.

The following are not allowed:

Harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech toward anyone
Nudity, sexually explicit material, or any content sexualizing minors
Violence, gore, or content promoting self-harm
Illegal content, spam, scams, or impersonation

Every post and photo can be reported (tap “report” on it), and you can block any user from their profile so you never see each other's content or interact again. We review reported content and remove anything that violates these guidelines within 24 hours, and remove or ban repeat offenders. You are responsible for the content you post.

SMS messaging terms

By entering your phone number into the sign-in form, you consent to receive SMS one-time verification codes from imgoing2. These are the only SMS messages we send — we do not send marketing, promotional, or recurring content.

Message frequency — one message per sign-in attempt, typically fewer than two messages per week.
Carrier charges — message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
Opt out — reply STOP to any message to immediately unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation message, and no further codes will be sent to that number.
Help — reply HELP to any message, or use the feedback form for assistance.
Supported carriers — we support all major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

user content

You retain ownership of anything you post (display name, bio, event submissions). By posting it, you grant us permission to display it within the app to the users who can see it (your friends, or the public where applicable). You can delete your content or your entire account at any time.

third-party content

imgoing2 aggregates event information from public sources (Ticketmaster, Resident Advisor, Eventbrite, Goldenvoice, and others) and links out to the original ticketing platforms. We do not sell tickets and are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or terms of any third-party ticket sale. Event details may be incomplete or change without notice.

imgoing2 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the service reliable and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, imgoing2 is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of imgoing2 after an update means you accept the new terms.
